Kim Woose*k 2023-12-14 10:25:04: Hello, I requested for Korean to Japanese translations from Novermber till now!! I had to submit documents to Japanese university because I am going there as an exchange student next year, and I needed translations on some of my documents! I was pondering how can I get them translated and then I found WTT. Everything was smooth and easy at first, but I later found out that I needed translation certificate as well, but not just a normal one, but the one that had both the translator's and the company CEO's signatures... Ughhhhhh :( Th usual comapny seal didn't work for the university that I applied to...... So I requested to get those signatures on the translation certificate when I requested the translation, but since it was not just once, but several times that I requested this, I felt so bad...!!!! But the person in charge was so meticulous and got everything done and was still so nice.....!! I was so thankful!!! I was really worried because the deadline for the documents were really near, but thanks to you, I could get them done in time!!!!! Thank you, thank you so much!!! I was so sorry that I bothered you sooo many times ;( But you were consistently so nice, and I felt a bit guilty because I felt like a Karen in a way, and all I have now is a lot of gratitude!! XD 5 star rating is not enough!!! I want to give you 10 if I could! I'm sorry my thank you response was so late ;( Again, I thank you so much!!!!!
